Quality Management Policy
MKK established the MKK Quality Management System (QMS) with the aim of becoming an effective central securities depository and trade of capital markets that develops products and provides services to capital markets at global scale and standards. MKK QMS aims to meet internal and external customer needs and expectations at the highest level with a holistic and continuous improvement approach.
Within the scope of the MKK’s QMS The quality principles determined are as follows:
- Continuous development and improvement approach is adopted to became a corporate culture.
- With an effective organisational structure and top management leadership, all employees are ensured to take part in the processes of setting corporate goals, developing solutions and making decisions.
- In all our activities, we work to ensure full compliance with national and international standards and legal regulations.
- MKK processes are identified, defined and documented based on corporate templates.
- Activities to provide services at the targeted level are planned and carried out.
- In order to continuously improve the processes, process metrics are determined, measured and their compliance with the set targets is monitored and reported.
- Development opportunities are identified and implemented together with process owners.
- All management systems in our organisation, especially the QMS, are reviewed and compliance studies are carried out with their requirements.
- Continuous improvements are ensured to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers regarding their demands and expectations.
- Awareness activities that continuously support the motivation and development of MKK employees are conducted.
