Investor Blockage allows you to block your securities and prevent transactions against your will.
The securities subject to the investor blockage cannot be removed from the account by the officials of the institution where your investment account is held until the blockage is released.
Securities Excluded from Investor Blockage
Capital Markets Board (CMB) determines the securities for which investor blockage can be applied. The excluded securities are as follows:

You can apply and release investor blockage via the e-YATIRIMCI application or MKK Communication Center at 444 0 655. You can perform your investor blockage transactions according to your institution, security class and quantity preferences.
Investor Blockage Application Hours
Investors can give an instruction for blockage at any time of the day. In accordance with the instruction, MKK performs the blockage operation between 03:00 - 08:00 on weekdays and without any time limitation on weekends.
Investors can release blockage at any time of the day (24/7). The institution where your account is held may not have an online access to MKK system. Therefore, we suggest you to get information from your institution or release your blockage 1 business day in advance.
