As the Central Securities Depository of the Turkish capital markets, Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK) provides its members with depository, trade repository and reporting, corporate governance and investor services.
Crowdfunding Platform
"MKK Crowdfunding System (KFS)” was established as a system in which crowdfunding platforms, trustees, entrepreneurs or entrepreneurship companies and investors who contribute funds as members of the platforms will participate and perform their transactions in crowdfunding processes.
Markets and Platforms
In connection with the central depository function, a wide variety of services are provided in all required areas, especially in securities issuance, transfer and custody functions, to all markets and platforms where capital market instruments and products are traded.
Depository Services
MKK provides Account operations, Transfer Services, Corporate Actions, Issue services, Electronic Warehouse Receipt operations and SWIFT services.
TÜRİB e-ÜRÜN Market
In accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Products Licensed Warehouse Act. No. 5300 and the e-Warehouse Receipt Regulation which is based on this Act, MKK is designated as an Electronic Registry Agency by the Ministry of Customs and Trade for keeping of records on electronic warehouse receipts.
