Pursuant to the Board Decisions taken at CMB meeting on 15.05.2020 for over-the counter market transactions and the following meeting on 18.06.2020 where the scope is extended including the organized market transactions; MKK was authorized to collect the data from intermediary institutions regarding their transactions in organized and over-the-counter markets regarding fixed income instruments (trading transactions of securities, securities lending transactions, securities transfers, collateral / pledge operations, Securities Lending and Borrowing etc.) and the first issuance and redemption transactions of securities has also been reported to our organization starting from 29.06.2020. Pursuant to the amendment on Article 15/A of Communiqué (IV-87.1) by CMB dated 24.07.2020 and numbered 31195, resident legal entities as defined in the said Article was oblidged to report their debt securities transacations foreign organized market or over the counter which they carry out without any intermediary invesment institution authorized by CMB. Based on the aforementioned decisions and amendmeny on , the relevant transactions are reported to our organization by intermediary institutions and legal entities on the transaction day to the e-VEDO Platform. Intermediary institutions reports are provided to the platform via "TH195-Fixed Income Reporting" screen where as legal entities reports are provided using "TH200-Fixed Income Reporting" screen.
