MKK and National Settlement Depository (NSD) have signed an MoU

​Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. (MKK) and National Settlement Depository (NSD), the Russian Central Securities Depository, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU will facilitate exchange of information, promote cross border investment and explore opportunities of cooperation in settlement and depository operations. The two CSDs will particularly focus on exchange of technical know-how in developing new value added services related to corporate actions, electronic voting, information services, electronic communication channels and establishment of operational links.​
