As per the cooperation agreements signed between Merkezi Kayit Kuruluşu (MKK) and Africlear Global (Africlear), Africlear held it’s “Board of Directors Meeting“ via e-GEM in Nairobi Kenya on 23 March 2016. With the participation of system users from various countries in Africa, the meeting was a complete success and another milestone in MKK’s history. The meeting took its place as the first electronic general meeting held outside of Turkey by a foreign institution on the e-GEM platform.
