​Customs and Trade Minister Mr. Yazıcı stated that performing general meetings of companies via electronic media is one of the most important novelties of the new Turkish Commercial Code (TCC). He also expressed that “I always say that the new TCC is a highway of our commercial life. e-GEM is a brand new car moving on this highway. Thanks to this system, general meetings are on fingertips of shareholders everywhere. Shareholders now can watch general meetings live, send opinions and vote electronically. Our companies step into a new age with e-GEM.”​
