Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) 2023/58 sayılı bülteninde yayınlanan 28/09/2023 tarih ve 57/1201 kararında, II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği çerçevesinde Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü oluşturma yükümlülüğü bulunan şirketlerin Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu’nda (KAP) Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü'ne ilişkin yer verilen bilgilerin güncelliğini sağlamaları gerektiği düzenlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda KAP internet sitesinde şirket genel bilgi formu sayfasındaki Yatırımcı İlişkileri Bölümü veya Bağlantı Kurulacak Şirket Yetkilileri tablosunda yer alan bilgilerin kontrol edilerek, 06.10.2023 tarihi mesai bitimine kadar güncellenmesi, bundan sonra da Kurul Kararı uyarınca güncelliğinin sağlanması gerektiği hususunda bilgilerinizi rica ederiz.
