KONU: ÜCRET TARİFESİ DÜZENLEME
İLGİLİ : SAYIN GENEL MÜDÜR VE SERMAYE PİYASALARI YÖNETİCİLERİ
​            (ARACI KURUM, BANKA VE İHRAÇCI KURULUŞLAR) 

Kurul’un 03.06.2011 tarih ve 17/519 sayılı toplantısında belirlenen esaslar çerçevesinde hisse senetleri İMKB tarafından belirlenecek Pazar ve Platformda işlem görecek ortaklıklar için Kuruluşumuz uygulamalarındaki ücretler Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onayı ile belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda Ücret Tarifemiz Genel Esaslar bölümünün dördüncü maddesi aşağıdaki şekilde değiştirilmiştir.

 Genel esaslar 4.Madde:
 “4. Hisse senetleri İMKB Gelişen İşletmeler Piyasasında (GİP) işlem gören ortaklıklar ile Kurul’un 03.06.2011 tarih ve 17/519 sayılı toplantısında belirlenen esaslar çerçevesinde hisse senetleri İMKB tarafından belirlenecek Pazar ve Platformda işlem görecek ortaklıklar için üyelik giriş, ihraç, saklama, ihraççı hizmetleri, hak kullanım hizmetleri,nakit ödeme hizmetleri için ücretler  ve  alt ve üst limitler 1/10 oranında uygulanır.”
